Hand Rollers

Simply Reflex... A natural way to improve
your well being

Hand roller

Practice Reflexology at home with these hand crafted Hand Rollers from Michael St-Amour.

Reflexology is a treatment of the hands or feet based on the belief that pressure applied to specific points on these extremities benefits other parts of the body.

Using these rollers will help:
Relieve Stress
And Improve Circulation.

Robert Grappel wrote an article about these rollers in the Spring 2010 issue of the Autoharp Quarterly. Here is what Robert says:

I'm a musician (autoharp/guitar) who has had hand "issues" over the years. Both Lynda and I have been using the roller -- and it seems to help to relieve cramps and tiredness. I have to admit that I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to "alternative medicine" (I have a PhD in Physics and work as a scientist/engineer) -- but the proof is in how it works! Thank you.   Robert G.

Practice working all areas of the hand to find the tender spots then work these out gently. Hand Position 2

For those hard to reach places you would want to use the probe on the end of the roller.
